So good!! Will be making again
Added turkey sausage, green pepper, couple more eggs and some more spices but rest was perfect

A winner for people like me who are bad about eating breakfast. Run water over the burritos before reheating, and heat them up in the microwave at about 50% power for 5 minutes. This helps the ends not dry out. When I tried to cover them with a wet paper towel to preserve moisture, it ruined the tortilla.

I made this every two weeks for my three kids to grab on way to school. They never tire of them but I do change it up a little every time - broccoli, spinach, meat/no meat etc

I changed the potatoes out with chicken breast cut fine for a boost of protein in the morning, and cooked the chilies with the eggs. Love the fast and healthy breakfast.
