Really good. I cut down on the rice and soy sauce. Then I and added garlic and ginger with some yum yum sauce on the side!

This is our 4th meal on Yummly and this is my favorite one so far. We added grilled chicken. Definitely elevated the flavor. We also added garlic and ginger. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because the recipe makes way too much for 2 people. 4 cups of rice for 2 adults is probably 4-5 more meals. Adjust accordingly. Otherwise, excellent recipe!

This recipe was quick and easy. When I make it again, I will use low sodium soy sauce and use 1/4 cup and see how it tastes and add more, if necessary. With the 1/2 cup it was a little too salty, but very tasty.
