- 1/4 tsp. ground chili (Kashmiri red, ~ Or ground chili of your choice; substitutions)

- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (~ Minced or grated)
- 1 green chili (small, ~ Minced, 1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon serrano chili. See substitutions add more to your taste)
