- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground chili (Kashmiri red, ~ Or ground chili of your choice; substitutions)
- 1 tsp. garlic (~ Minced or grated)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (~ Minced or grated)
- 1 green chili (small, ~ Minced, 1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon serrano chili. See substitutions add more to your taste)
- 1 lb. frozen spinach (or fresh)
- 1 cup milk (or cream ~ Depending on how rich and saucy you want)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (~ More to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala (optional ~ Buy or make)
