- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. chili powder (Kashmiri, Vary to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. fenugreek (Ground)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 dried chili (Optional)
- 350 grams chicken thighs (Boned and Skinned and cut into large chunks)
- 75 grams coconut (Freshly grated if possible)
- 125 grams coconut milk
