    I didn’t have all cheeses that recommended. Are used Parmesan and smoked mozzarella. Everything else was the same and it was delicious. I did dilute it with three-quarter cups of water. I was putting it over rigatoni with prosciutto & pistachios...not macaroni and cheese.
