It was “ono-licious!” Added lima and green beans to recipe. Used a pie crust and sprinkled grated cheese over the mashed potatoes after taking it out of the oven. It melted over the top of the Shepard’s pie while cooling and perfect for eating

I added a bit more tomato paste, used beef stock instead of broth, a bit more worcestershire and spices and it came out delicious!!

a bit underseasoned followed receipe as well as added more salt but the flour / veggies / then the mashed potatoes - it just needed more salt and thyme with some garlic, i had to add more flour in mine since the consistency just wasnt right. but the base on this recipe is great you can definitely gets some ideas on how to spice it up in your own way.

turned out good... I used a little more tomato paste & used oregano instead of thyme... yum!

it turned out awesome. everyone ate every bite and then some. added a little more tomato paste, tomatoes, onions as stated and only had frozen mix veggie bag. regardless, its all about the seasonings. mashed potatoes were great just the way it was in the recipe

Great I was in a rush and used instant potatoes and Italian seasonings in instead of making the potatoes and the family licked their plates clean

Great recipe! I replace the mushrooms with red bell pepper, and it has become even tastier.

It wasn't bad. We had to add quite a bit of seasonings to bring it up to what we're used to. 1 TBPS of worcestershire sauce wasn't enough.

Even the picky eaters in the family cleaned their plates. I didnt have any unsalted butter for where the recipe called for it so I just reduced the salt amounts by half where called and it turned out great! A side note: if you're using a standard 9" pie plate this recipe will over produce filling- I think you could get by with 1 lb of hamburger as opposed to the 1.5 called for.

Added a few extra veggies, and was out of tomato paste so I used Ketchup, but whole family loved it, even my picky little brother

awesome recipe! I added a couple of splashes of red wine to the beef as I was cooking it and it adds some awesome flavor to this recipe!

Very good. A bit challenging to make I thought. But a successful tasty dish in the end.

One of the best I've made! A couple small seasoning tweaks to fit our tastes, but great!

Fun making it with the kids! Definitely foolproof and delicious. My picky eater was looking for leftovers. We will definitely make it again!
