THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I have tried dozens of recipes, all different mixing, rolling, chilling, techniques and none of them ever worked...until this recipe. I like the taste of butter so the only thing I changed was to use half butter flavored shortning, and half regular shortning. The dough came together quick, rolled well and was tender, flakey and delicious.
