- 2 lb. sea scallops (frozen, you want the ones that are flash frozen with an ice coating, i get nice big ones at sam's club)
- 1/4 cup oil (that will take high heat such as peanut or canola)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lemon (grate some of the peel off before slicing to serve with the scallops)

It was good. It was my first time making it. I’m sure it will be even better next go around.

Very good. Started with moist scallops .Once the pan was hot , start cooking. I did 20 scallops all at once in a large iron pan. 1-2 minutes , done.

The recipe was great very easy to follow especially since this was my first time ever making them.

Turned out great. Have made this a few times and always forget to take a photo. The key is really to leave the scallops to grill on the first side without moving them.

Wow. This was just.....wow. Flavors were.....wow and the finishing sauce at the end .....wow. Did I mention perfectly deliciously? No? Oh, it’s because I meant...WOW!

Perfect! Just as simple and delicious as advertised. I cut the recipe in half, making just enough for me and my girl. I'm gonna remember this one for when I need to get out of the doghouse.
