I substituted whole wheat flour and mixed everything by hand. They turned out so moist and fluffy I will definitely make these muffins again.

These are so good, they have a bit of a cornbread taste and texture. We will make them again for sure.

These are great alternatives to regular flour biscuits. The flavor is quite rich and the fluffy texture of the cheese and egg really offsets the coarse, grainy texture of the almond flour. Great recipe!
