So I substituted Bob's Red Mill coconut flour in the recipe and followed their instructions for adding more liquid. That was a disaster so I recovered by adding more of each ingredient besides the milk and it worked out well for coconut pancakes. So I know for next time just substitute the coconut flour at the 20% of actual flour as stated on the bag with no additional liquid.

they were pretty good. Not as fluffy as the picture and I should have doubled the recipe, as it only made 7 pancakes. I thought they were a little bland but my kids loved them.

I doubled the recipe and replaced the vanilla extract with honey and maple sugar. Came out nice and fluffy! What I liked most was that the measurements were very nice and even so they were easy to double! Not quite as fluffy as I was hoping based on the recipe’s picture. I also misinterpreted how many pancakes it makes because Yummly did not word the serving size the way the actual recipe did, but overall a very good pancake recipe. They taste amazing!!!!

I would have taken a picture, but they didn’t last long enough to grab my phone and snap! Very good, quick, and easy. I cut the sugar in half, and I used half almond milk and half oat milk. I’ll make it again with regular milk to compare.

Pancakes do not look like in the photo, nevertheless they are very tasty and fluffy.

Perfect! They are now our favorite pancake recipe.
No more store bought mixes for us!
My Vermont country mix is in second place!

These turned out wonderfully! Fluffy, sweet, soft. I did sour my milk, which I always do in pancakes, but that was the only change I made. I love these!

Amazing. They’re super fluffy and taste really good. Not too sweet but not bland either. I added vanilla sugar instead of vanilla extra and so I put less white sugar into the mix. Instead of unsalted butter I used 2 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Made 3 of these mini babies for 3 people.

Not too sure what happened. Did not come out fluffy at all. Followed the recipe exactly. Decent flavor.

This is my favorite recipe but I cut the sugar to 1 tbsp and add lemom juice to the milk. It helps the pancakes to be even fluffier. The best recipe in my opinion.

The pancakes did turn out good, but it was a little on the sweet side and they weren’t very fluffy.
