- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. promise spread-stick
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions
- Separate eggs; reserve and chill egg whites. In large bowl, with wire whisk, beat egg yolks with remaining ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- In medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat reserved egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites into batter. In preheated 12-inch nonstick skillet sprayed, if desired, with nonstick cooking spray, cook pancakes over medium heat, turning once, 2 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately and, if desired, topped with cut-up fresh fruit.
