They were delicious! They’re way better than regular waffles! They’re super light and fluffy! Will definitely make again!

Turned out well. A cup of batter filled my 8” round waffle iron. Made enough for 4 servings. I added apricot brandy for extra flavor

Beating The egg whites and adding them in at the end brought these waffles to a new level of heaven! In fact I won’t make them any other way! And I’ll never use box mix again-making them from scratch is so easy and so worth it and try to use real maple syrup if possible. The flavor is so unique I can’t find words.
