I added 1/2 cup more liquid, peanut butter, cocoa powder, used honey instead of maple syrup, and topped them with butter and honey melted together. DELICIOUS!

Very good recipe! Fluffy and delicious. A previous reviewer says they taste like baking powder, but they do not at all. That person must have used baking soda and not known that powder and soda are two VERY different things!

These pancakes tasted like baking powder :( I think 1 tablespoon is too much for this mixture. Texture was really nice, just a shame we couldn't eat them due to the flavour.

Very tasty and filling. Letting the batter rest for five minutes really did make them fluffier. I really like that it was sweetened with maple syrup

I am just starting my vegan journey, and I must say. Yummly has made it so easy. This recipe is so simple and delicious. I did alter it a little used agave instead of maple syrup and added peanut butter for protein.
