Tasted extremely Eggy! Used Aunt Jemima pancake mix, they came out fluffy but would have been more stable if the sugar was added to the egg whites rather than the dry/yolk mixture.

These were fun and jiggly! But they require special cookie equipment for maximum height. I ordered thick cookie cutters to make this recipe. The pancakes came out light, airy, and jiggly!

This was like experiencing being rebirthed into a japanese mocking jay. It felt like i flew away into a black hole and entered the universe of pancakes. This recipe is goooooooooooooooooood. Thank you for this masterpiece. Cant wait to try it.
