Delicious! I ended up mixing graham crackers in with the vanilla wafers for the crust (more cost effective and vanilla wafers in October being on high demand are expensive) layered a few pieces of chopped up pineapple on top of that crust, then 12 oz or so of non dairy heavy whipping cream instead of the cool whip… it was just an experiment but in all honesty I was able to make a 9 x 9 tray as well as 9 x 13 pan! Will truly use with other fruits or flavors in the future ❤️
