Best banana pancake recipe I’ve tried thus far. The change I did was I put all the wet ingredients Including the sugar in my ninja blender until smooth. My bananas were black-ripe Which I kept in the refrigerator when they started to turn. Daughter is very thick. I would add it for least half cup of milk and spoon it around the pan to flatten/smooth it
