This is my go to pancake recipe. The only substitution I make is using vanilla or pumpkin spice stevia to lightly sweeten. Tossing everything into a blender is my idea of simple. Made about 24 good size pancakes especially if you like them thinner. Extra pancakes freeze beautifully.

Very delicate, need to keep them small or they break. Over all flavor mild but good - I may add in some additional flavoring to jazz them up a bit next time.
