- 1 banana (medium ripe, 1 medium banana equals ~118 g unpeeled)
- 1/3 cup almond butter (roasted, if salted, forgo additional pinch of sea salt)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or non-dairy butter, melted)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (organic)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup almond meal (ground from raw almonds)
- 3/4 cup oat flour (ground from gluten-free oats)

Fluffy and delicious!! I used almond meal from the pulp leftover from making almond milk (bc some fat from the almond gets lost to the milk I added 1 ex tbsp of oil to compensate) also I ran out of almond butter so used tahini. They came out perfect. Would definitely make again!! And oh yeah I would double it!!!
