These muffins are very good. Have made them twice and added chocolate chips and walnuts. Nice to have on hand

I didn’t bother to grind the oats They turned out nicely Very moist and light! Not like some recipes where vegan muffins are dense and heavy Will definitely make them again

These turned out great! Good texture, good ingredients, and relatively easy to whip up. If I make these again I would definitely say add a bit more banana because I feel as though the muffin was lacking in banana flavor.
