- 1 tsp. flax seeds (or chia seeds)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chunks (semi-sweet, plus more for sprinkling, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
