These surprised me. I left them in the oven an extra 5-8 minutes because the toothpick wasn't coming out clean. Still wasn't. I thought they were going to be a dud but was pleasantly surprised. They are a little thin but I would make them again. Next time I will add a little stevia to make them just a little sweeter.

I used the egg instead of flax substitution, and I added a heaping teaspoon of gluten-free flour to make it a bit firmer.... These were really strange. I’m not sure what to think. Odd flavor and texture combinations.

I didn’t even put chocolate chips and they were the best brownies I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious and got even my mom’s approval - who isn’t even a dessert or healthy/food person💓

Wow - so good and moist! This was the second time I tried the recipe and it turned out much better this time. The first time I used a larger pan and didn’t adjust the baking time so it was too dry. I used a round 9 inch pan this time and baked for 29 minutes. I had to make substitutions because I didn’t have enough of certain ingredients. I only had 3/4 cup zucchini so I added about 3 T of Greek yogurt. I only had 1/2 cup of peanut butter so I had to make 1/4 cup from a powdered mix (PB2). I used an egg in place of the flax seeds.

What Zucchini?? The family had no idea. They are so good you want to eat the whole pan by yourself! This is going in the family staples cookbook.

This is fantastic! By far my favourite brownie recipe ever (it does not taste healthy, flourless, or like it has zucchini in it). Love it

This recipe was so delicious and my family loved it. It is simply a guilt free dessert.

These were a hit with my family. The only problem was not eating the whole pan at once
