Description
Here is a great recipe for soft and chewy flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter (no added salt, no added sugar)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the baking soda, salt, and egg in a large mixing bowl and whisk together until lightly frothy. Add the brown sugar and whisk until smooth. Add the peanut butter 1/4 cup at a time, and mix with a spoon until a well combined and smooth dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Clearly not the “real deal”, but very good. Great as a protein/energy snack for hikes or similar activities. Will definitely make again.

hi these turned out great. i like that they are easy diffinetly enough peanut butter.maybe next time ill put a little more vanilla. still great recipe😊😊

Really good! Used cane sugar instead of light brown sugar just because that’s what I had and it still turned out delicious.

It wasn't terrible. Quick and easy, but lacking in a few areas. No buttery taste, no vanilla taste... I'd rather take the time to make regular cookies next time. But, if you're in a hurry, these aren't bad.
