They haven’t baked completely yet but so far I would say they’ve turned out pretty good! I’ll say more when they’re completely done and I’ve tried the finished product. The batter is good though ;)

These brownies did not taste good at all. The taste was chalky and bitter and the texture was crumbly yet rubbery. When I pulled the brownies out of the oven, the coconut oil seemed to have separated as it was bubbling around the pan. I used organic extra virgin olive oil as per the directions. The coconut oil came through and over powered the brownies. I also added a few chocolate chips to the brownies as I saw in the reviews and they helped a little but this brownie was still inedible.

I loved this recipe. It was quite simple and easy to make. I added dark chocolate chips which made it even better. It’s my go to recipe whenever I want brownies.

Recipe is great. Use Monkfruit for the sugar ingredient and my family loves it.

They were really chalky, I think they need some vegan butter, avocado or apple sauce to make them a little creamier!

This is so simple yet so delicious. Tastes so good topped with vanilla ice cream.

I made it surgar free and added surgar free chocolate chips.
Its safe for my husband thats a diabetic and for my son and myself that has celiac disease. It tastes pretty close to the other "flour" based recipes.
Thank you for posting this recipe.
I am always looking for new recipes that is safe for my whole family to enjoy. 😀

A little dark for my liking but good way of making it easy. Though I would suggest that you mix the liquid ingredients then the dry. The batter was a little lumpy.
