It was ok. Making the recipe in a blender is a bad idea, unless you have a Ninja. This did NOT work for me. I ended up making two batches, one starting in the blender and ending with a hand mixer, the second just with a hand mixer. It felt like something was missing from the recipe as my ingredients didn’t seem to create as much batter as the recipe image. The blender/mixer loaf didn’t raise at all when it was baked, the mixer only loaf raised a little bit. But its loaves were very dense. The flavor was ok and my husband and I will end up eating the banana bread, but it wasn’t good enough for me to bring to the event that I was originally making the bread for.
