    Fabulous. My husband still has no clue that these muffins, which he loved btw, have quinoa and beans in them!!!!! Love it!!!

    Wasn't bad. You tasted the peanut butter and banana more than anything but the texture and aftertaste was what I didn't like.

    One of the easiest muffin recipes to make, and low sugar, vegan and gluten free. Takes 5 min to make in my vitamix and perfect every time!
