If you’re in higher elevation like I am, I ecommend using vegetable shortening or lard, and almost double the amount of water to achieve the right consistency for the dough.

Fast and easy. I cut the recipe in 1/2 which worked better for my processor and family. Might make smaller balls next time as my pan is not as large as I can roll out a tortilla. Looking forward to seeing how these keep so I can make some for the week.
