- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter (cut into 2 slices)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (juice from 1 lemon)
- 1 handful fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil etc. I've also used dried with good results)
