Thank you! I’ve never cooked swordfish before, and needed a simple recipe that uses ingredients that I already have on hand. Rather than grill, I used an air fryer for 10 min at 400 degrees, turning halfway through, and basting with the marinade. Other than that, everything was the same. Delicious and moist!

I make it like this too, but without the mustard I instead use rosemary. Make sure it’s not over cooked. Sword fish is his best rare
