Very tasty and moist. I used unbleached
a/p flour, added 1/4 tsp each of cinnamon and vanilla, substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil, and 2 tb of dark chocolate chips.

I doubled the recipe, which worked well. Made some modifications - added an extra banana, used spelt flour instead of whole wheat, and used 1/4C steel cut oats since I didn't have regular. The oats came out a bit chewy. Would try again with regular oats. Used a bit more flour to account for less oats. Also threw in chocolate chips. All in all, this came out great and I would make it again.
