- 2 egg noodles (balls fresh flat, known as “mee pok”, 面薄)
- 10 fishballs (fresh)

- 5 dumplings (fresh fish)
- 100 grams pork (minced lean)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetables (tianjin preserved, known as “dongcai”, 冬菜)
- 1 handful beansprouts
- 4 stalks kangkong
- 1 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. black vinegar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. pork lard (deep-fried, with oil)
