- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion (coarsely)
- 1 fresh asparagus (bundle of)
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 4 cloves garlic (– minced)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 crusts (small or 1 large Flatbread, Use Naan Bread as a substitute)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 asparagus tips (bundle of fresh, – bend asparagus until they break. Throw bottoms away)
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 4 cloves garlic (– minced, or 2 tsp. of garlic powder)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
