- 2 flank steaks
- 1 white onion
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. Goya Adobo
- 2 Tbsp. Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
- 3 cups red wine
- 6 limes (juice only)

Directions
- Blend all the ingredients (except the steaks) in a food processor. Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes. Do not marinate any longer than 30-45 minutes because the meat will become mealy due to the lime juice.
