  • 1 white onion
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons Goya Adobo
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle Tabasco sauce
  • 3 cups red wine
  • 6 limes (juice only)

    Directions

    1. Blend all the ingredients (except the steaks) in a food processor. Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes. Do not marinate any longer than 30-45 minutes because the meat will become mealy due to the lime juice.
