I am the self-proclaimed “Biscuit Queen”, so this is not my first rodeo. I had some heavy cream to use up and this recipe was very similar to others I use. I substituted red wine vinegar because that’s what I had. I keep tablespoons of frozen butter and coconut oil on hand. I used 4 T of each for this recipe and I mixed the dry ingredients with the frozen butter/oil in a processor before adding the liquid. While they didn’t turn out as pretty as the picture (hungry and in a hurry), they were spectacular. I will definitely make again.
