So good. Didn't have buttermilk so I 'soured' some with vinegar. Next time I'll make sure to have some as there was a faint taste of it in the biscuits, but they were light and fluffy. Definately will make again. Fluffy goodness.

Great flavor. Mine didn’t rise much either so next time I will not pat it down so much but I will make them again

My first time trying biscuits. The flavor was good, but the biscuits did not rise. Maybe they needed baking soda because of the buttermilk?

They turned out great, nice and fluffy. I did have to cook them a little longer than 12 mins. When I took them out after 12 mins, the middle of the biscuits were still a little undercooked. I made these so we could have homemade sausage biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Delicious!
I used only half the sugar but otherwise followed recipe. Very easy - best served fresh out of the oven or warmed up.

Very good! Everyone enjoyed them. I substituted cold coconut oil for half the butter.

Extremely flaky good flavor. Need to make sure that the butter is cubes or have it frozen and then grate it on a cheese grater. Love this receipt and will totally make it again

pretty good! I was making them for a work thing so I made them mini....they didnt rise like I would have hoped because they were too small.

I have made this recipe over and over. Super easy and biscuits like my great grandmother use to make . My family loves them, I can make large batches and freeze. 45 seconds in microwave and yum!

These were so delicious! I had to add a little more buttermilk than was called for, but otherwise perfect!
