Great tangy, slight spicy taste with a consistency of ketchup. I placed spices in a double- layer of cheesecloth (except cinnamon stick) for ease of retrieval when putting cooked plum mixture through the food mill. Yielded 5 x 250 ml jars (5 cups total). Also had to mix together both vinegars as only had a cup of each type suggested. Ensure you stir continually on the 2nd cook as it will want to burn if left alone to simmer. Look forward to trying on eggplant w/ plum sauce!
