Delicious quick chocolate fix. I made this in a small bowl with heaped tablespoons, there was enough for four portions.

Good instant fix, I’m adjusting the cooking times to fit with a softer mix. But it works well, great for impressing the wife and guests for fun, hide what you like inside, I made mine in ramekins which essentially turn out like muffins.

Was very good for a quick fix! Definitely only need one between two - three people though, it was massive!

So easy to make and you can play around with the flavour by changing vanilla essence to other flavours like orange, coffee, etc. According to my son it goes down very well with vanilla ice cream after a tough swimming session too

I made half the amount in a large mug and that was plenty for just me. Obviously not like having a real cake but still good when you have a chocolate craving! Better than other similar recipes I've also tried
