It turned out great! I added sliced almonds and a splash of maple syrup. Will definitely make this again! I wish it was a little sweeter, so I’ll probably add brown sugar next time.

So good! I added a cup of mixed nuts too, cooked it 30 extra minutes at 225° to make it chunkier!

my go to recipe in use Trader Joe's pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon and walnuts. super yummy

I made the granola exactly as written (nothing additional or omitted). It was easy and the taste was lightly sweet. This recipe would be good for kids because it’s not super sweet. However, I prefer more of a sweet and thicker coating so will add a little maple syrup next time. I would recommend this recipe if you’re looking for fast and basic granola.

Nice and basic. If you wanted too add nuts, dried fruit and chocolate pieces it would add more interest. But Vanilla Granola is good as is!
