It’s very quick and easy to put together, and you just put it in the oven! It’s a rich and creamy meal. I used ground mild Italian sausage (had a brain fart and bought ground instead of link, but it worked just fine). I couldn’t find frozen tortellini, but found several fresh varieties in the deli section. I chose spinach and ricotta. It’s not something I would make often because it’s very rich, but I would definitely make it again and add a fresh salad and garlic bread. Add a bottle of wine and it would make a nice meal for company.

Mum and I made this one night for dinner to have something to eat after work and we loved it, but we had to make it spicy because that's what we like and this recipe didn't have that. So, what we did was add hot Italian sausage and red pepper flakes to give it a kick and it was amazing. But we did like the recipe non-the-less so I give it a four.

It was delicious. Wouldn’t change a thing. Very easy to make.
