- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 lb. steak (cut in 1-inch chunks, you can use stew beef, I used two sirloin steaks)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. oil (I use avocado oil and use enough to generously coat bottom of pan)
- 12 oz. beer
- 12 oz. Amber Ale
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 5 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 15 oz. red kidney beans (15 ounce can, drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. white kidney beans (15 ounce can, drained and rinsed)
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes (unsalted plum tomatoes, with juice, break up tomatoes into pieces)
