- 4 red bell peppers
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw almonds (or almond butter)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cumin

Directions
- Roast bell peppers in oven (preheated to about 450 F) for about 25 minutes, until skin is wrinkled and charred.
- Carefully peel peppers and add to food processor with other ingredients.
- Blend and serve on top of your favourite pasta, zucchini noodles or other sauce-based dish.
