Tasty fish fillets baked in Hellmann's light mayonnaise, garlic and parsley.

- 200 grams white fish
- 2 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 125 mL tomato sauce (plain, passata)
- 1 courgette
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Pour the tomato pasta sauce onto a baking tray. Scatter the thinly sliced courgette onto it and place fish on top.
- Mix the garlic, chopped parsley and mayonnaise all together and spread over the fish.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked.
