- 2 fillets fish
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Rinse the fish and place into a glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle first with the garlic and ginger, then with the olive oil and salt and pepper, rubbing the ingredients into the fish so that it is coated with the mixture.
- Place in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the flavors meld.
- Heat a skillet and saute the fish on both sides so that it is thoroughly cooked.
