    The best fish taco recipe yet. I oven baked the fish and the marinade added just the right spiciness. I mixed a little of the white sauce with my finely shredded cabbage just to hold it together. The kids loved making them at the table and with the asparagus I cooked as a side, there was nothing left. I cooked mahi mahi strips as that’s what our fish department recommended and it held up well.

    Delicious! Since I’m in weight watchers I modified just a few things. I used lite cheddar cheese finely grated instead of Cotija and 1/2 the ingredients for the creamy sauce. They were the best fish tacos and only 8 Weight Watcher pts for two tacos!
