Fish lacked flavor. Next time I will double the spices in the marinade.
Used a coleslaw mix, added little rice vinegar, cilantro and ground pepper.
Sauce was really good, added extra lime to bring out freshness. Topped with a slice of avocado.

Excellent. It comes together much easier than reading the directions sounds I warmed corn tortillas in a wet paper towel in a plastic bag. Maybe not as sturdy as hand browning, but quicker. Didn’t use cabbage, just ample wedges of avocado. Sauce tops all off very well

I use flour tortillas and add a tsp sriracha to the sauce. I like to top with some diced onion and tomato, too.

Excellent! Added cilantro to the fish sauce and used pineapple habanero sauce for salsa…delish!!!

This was fantastic. I used rockfish which really came out well in the pan. I used a chipotle mayonnaise mixed with lime juice and a fresh salsa as garnish

Great. The corn tortilla is not recommend since it falls apart. My husband needs GF. The hard shells would be better fur us. A little more prep than i wanted, but it turned out fantastic.

pretty amazing recipe if i do say so myself. a spicy fried batter would have taken it over the top.

Turned into burritos because I only had flour tortillas. I put the filets in whole. They were delicious!!

Good! I substituted thinly sliced red bell peppers for the cabbage and quickly sautéed them. Skipped the cojita bc I didn’t have it and added more lime juice.

Super good!! Loved the sauce. I used the stove top method and it was super easy, I’m going to try the grill next time
