- 350 grams potatoes (floury, peeled)
- 100 grams white fish
- 100 grams salmon fillet
- 50 grams smoked haddock
- 25 grams prawns (peeled)
- 15 grams Flora Buttery
- 15 grams plain flour
- 150 mL skim milk (semi)
- 25 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
- 20 grams Flora Original (pro.activ Olive spread)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions
- Blanch the leek in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water.
- Make a sauce by placing the Flora Buttery, flour and milk in a small saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to the boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until thick and smooth. Stir in half the cheese.

delicious, i added a fish stock cube for extra flavour, fish & prawns i used were from the freezer, so presumed they wouldn't be as tasty as fresh fish
