Description
I baked a loaf out of fish that is loaded with lots of protein and nutrients. It was simple to prepare, easy to put together and delicious. What more could I ask for?
Ingredients

- 500 grams basa fillet (ground)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 carrot (peeled & broken)
- 1 red bell pepper (/ capsicum, chopped)
- salt
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 honey (table spoon)

Directions
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, black pepper, chili powder, ,onion, carrot, garlic, red bell pepper / capsicum.
- Now combine this vegetable mixture with ground basa fillet and eggs and place in a lightly greased loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine tomato ketchup, , hot pepper sauce and honey.
- Mix well and pour over the fish loaf.
- Bake at 175 degrees C for 1 hour and serve hot.
