Followed instructions with these additions, used one leek chopped fine, one can of minced clams with juice (skipped wine), one cup of chicken broth low sodium, no salt necessary sufficient in ingredients ...

Amazing! Love the clam juice for broth and added only one cup half and half cream instead... a little lighter on the fat but just as tasty
