I added onion powder, Cajun seasoning and old bay season. I also added hot sauce in the Mayo I seasoned the panko also

This was sooooooo delicious and easy to make. Next time I'm trying it with gluten free panko to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Huge hit for me and the fam!

These were AMAZING, and I didn't even make them correctly! I accidentally mixed the panko crumbs right into the mixture and had to use an extra cup for the dredging. I can't wait to make them again the right way. Don't even *think* about skipping the lemon caper mayo. Yuuummmmmmm.
