Description
If you love the idea of making fish cakes but not the fuss and mess of having to fry them on the stovetop, here's your answer. These fish cakes are baked instead and are just as crisp and delicious as the real deal, and they get bonus points for being healthier. Sea bass is used here, but other types of lean white fish would also work, including snapper or grouper.
