- 28 oz. fire roasted tomatoes (diced or crushed)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef stock (plus more to loosen if needed)
- hot sauce (Rach likes Tabasco Chipotle, optional)
- 8 rolls potato rolls (such as Martin's, or Big Marty's)
- 2 dill pickles (chopped, for garnish, optional)
- 1 white onion (diced, for garnish, optional)
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. neutral oil (such as safflower oil)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (preferably superfine white sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 head savoy cabbage (quartered, cored and shredded)
- 1 large carrot (shredded)
- 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
