Was great as is. Served it with garlicky roasted broccoli and wild rice. It was oven to plate in 20 minutes.

Soooo yummy!! I’ve always eliminated the ginger, just because it’s difficult to get here and it’s still a family favorite

Well to be honest im not the measuring kind- i eyeball.... i didn’t have low sodium tamari or soya..... Well my oven is not working well and it was broiling it so i then removed it after 20min ( it was cold from fridge when i put it in) I put it into a skillet and seared both sides a bit in a tiny bit of olive oil and butter-slightly crispy- then it was delicious!!!! Moist inside.... Paired with plain white rice- kids LOVED it- no leftovers and I bought the Atlantic salmon fillet fresh at costco. Made broccoli on the side hubby 9/10, daughter 8.5/10 son 9.5/10 I saw a negative review about the soya- sauce.... it’s important to use Tamari or brewed soya like kikoman not the cheap fake kind like VH or No name. I marinated overnight and only the outside soaked the marinade.... the inside was juicy and tender- use fresh salmon Mmmmmm this is a keeper!!!

Disgusting, all I could taste was soy sauce. I only marinated it for about 5 minutes because I was looking to make a quick salmon dinner after a long day and I cooked it for 10 minutes. If I had cooked it for the recommended 15-20 it would have been a dry mess and I can’t imagine how badly it would have tasted of soy sauce if it sat in it for 2.5 hours. Save yourself the trouble and just cook salmon with some dill, garlic, and lemon

The sauce is bomb, I added chili paste and chilis to it since I like a lot of heat, marinated 22 hrs and it came out like a spicy teriyaki sauce and I kept pouring it over the salmon. It was so tender like butter.. The only thing that took any skill was mincing garlic and ginger, using that stuff from a jar would make it trivial

Great. Spicier than what I'm used to, but a great variety to the menu.

This was delicious and easy to make! I let it marinate for about 3 hours, and I even put shrimp in the marinade and it was great!

delicious! made it for the family on father’s day! everybody loved it!
I needed something that I could taste through this horrid head cold and this recipe delivered. I only had two salmon fillets so I cut the ingredient quantities in half and it made just enough marinade. Very happy with the levels of spice and flavor. Definitely making this again when I can fully appreciate it.
